Happy Disney Investor Day!
We’re so excited to learn more about what Disney has in store for Disney+, as well as for its other streaming properties, including Hulu!
During the Disney Investor Day webcast, we learned that Disney+ has already surpassed 86 million subscribers, but we also learned that Disney has plans to continue to offer its bundle that includes Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. That bundle’s price is $12.99, which includes the lowest tier of Hulu subscription, which is supported by ads.
However, Disney announced a new bundle option as of January 2021: for $18.99, bundle subscribers will be able to subscribe to all three services, including the ad-free version of Hulu. So while this is a price increase of $6, it’s the first time those who are wanting Hulu without ads can join in on the bundle fun. We’re following everything with Disney Investor Day today, so keep checking back for more updates!
