While it may be Taste of EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays time around here, we’ve been given a few tidbits of information today that’ll help us gear up for Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts.

A new Food Studio, Vibrante & Vívido, will make its debut at the festival. The studio will be located in the space between the France and Morocco pavilions, and will highlight creative and, as Disney points out, photo-ready, dishes. Among the offerings will be a seafood cocktail featuring scallops, octopus, shrimp in a black garlic aïoli with a tomato coconut sauce. A Blue Corn Pupusa filled with cheese and crowned with shredded pork will also be on the menu.

Guests will also have the chance to complete the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine by purchasing 5 specific (and colorful) food items. Guests who complete the walk will earn a prize.

Figment’s Brush with the Masters Scavenger Hunt will also be returning for the 2021 festival. Guests will be able to purchase the hunt map and stickers at select merchandise locations throughout the park. Maps can be redeemed at certain locations for a prize.

Voices of Liberty will perform favorites as part of a special presentation entitled The Disney Songbook. Performances will take place in the America Gardens Theater throughout the day.

The Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will take place from January 8th through February 22nd, 2021.
