While new track is installed in the currently drained Rivers of America, it seems refurbishment has begun on Tom Sawyer Island. Harper’s Mill, which sits on the edge of Rivers of America, is now surrounded by scaffolding. We saw five workers at the mill today. In the drained river were stacks of metal rods.
