There’s no question that there are LOTS of dining options throughout Disney Word, with menus for every palate and preference, and food selections for everyone.
But what if we were to tell you that when you’re looking at the menu deciding what to eat, that there was MORE than meets the eye? What if we told you that there are also SECRET menus at many of these locations?
Keep in mind that during Disney World’s phased reopening, we’ve noticed limited menus at a lot of table service and counter service dining locations. This means that, for the time being, some of these secret menus may not be available! But we wanted to fill you in on where to find these menus so that as operations continue to return to normal, we may see these menus return!
In the Parks
La Cava del Tequila
Let’s start things off with where, frankly, WE would love to start: somewhere with a margarita in our hands! La Cava del Tequila is tucked away inside the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT and includes an extensive menu of tequila and tequila-based beverages.
They also serve a few small bites, which is why we’re including them on our list today! This is a secret item only SINCE the reopening — we’ve scored some secret menu guacamole here! Prior to the closures, the guac was on the regular menu, but the secret now is you CAN still get it (to-go) — you just gotta know to ask! It’s not listed on any of the menus at this time!

Skipper Canteen
We’re heading to Adventureland in Magic Kingdom for our next secret menu! Jungle Navigation Co Ltd Skipper Canteen is full of Easter Eggs and hidden finds, but today we’re all about their Secret Menu. Now the actual SECRET quality of this menu can be debated — some visits we’ve had to ask, some visits our Skipper has offered to show us the secret menu, and some visits it has just been placed on our table with our menus!
You can order some tasty Pao de Queijo, which is similar to the Brazilian Cheese Bread folks obsess over at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival.
In the past, their secret menu has also included a trio of sangria options, as well as Bang Bang Shrimp.

Restaurantosaurus
Our next secret menu comes from Restaurantosaurus in Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Here, we’ve crossed paths with a unique Passholder-exclusive Secret Menu, featuring their Scotch Egg!
As with all secret menus, the availability of these items may come and go, so if you’re a Disney World Annual Passholder, be sure to ask on your next visit if the Scotch Egg is available!

Monsieur Paul
As of this writing, Monsieur Paul is temporarily closed and has yet to reopen.
You may not consider Secret Menus to be a part of the ultra-signature dining experiences in Disney World, but they are! Monsieur Paul in EPCOT is one of the fanciest spots in town, dress code and all. In the summer of 2019 they had a Summer Special Discovery secret menu, filled with delectable delights like Roasted Red Snapper, Duck Breast, and Warm Chocolate Almond Cake!
Since this location has yet to reopen as of this writing, we cannot confirm if their Secret Menu offerings are still available. But once Monsieur Paul reopens at EPCOT, we hope to find exclusive offerings like this available once again!

Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe
Up next is the infamous Cosmic Ray’s over in Tomorrowland. There, two of our favorite Mobile Order secret menu items from years past have included the Galaxy Loaded Fries and the Pork Belly Burger!
This is a great opportunity to fill you in on a Disney secret: always check a location’s Mobile Order menu for exclusive, Mobile Order-only secret menu items!
Click here to see what getting lunch at Cosmic Ray’s was like at a reopened Magic Kingdom!
Yak & Yeti Restaurant
Our last dining location in the theme parks that has a secret menu is Yak & Yeti at Animal Kingdom! The secret menu items we’ve encountered here in the past are a seafood lover’s dream, including Bang Bang Calamari, Lobster Tail Garlic Noodles with Shrimp and Scallops, and Hibachi Steak & Shrimp!
All three of these menu items were available on our most recent visit but are NOT on the menu, so be sure to double-check with your server on your next trip to Animal Kingdom!

In the Resorts
The Wave
We’re moving on now from the theme parks to Disney World’s resort hotels! Disney’s Contemporary Resort is full of dining options for the whole family, from a romantic date night at California Grill to a family-friendly character breakfast (soon!) at Chef Mickey’s. But today, it’s all about The Wave…of American Flavors.
If you still have room for dessert, be sure to ask about their secret menu Seven Layer Cake! Or better yet, BEGIN your meal with some cake! This cake was previously available at the (still closed) Top of the World Lounge in the adjoining Bay Lake Tower!

Grand Floridian Cafe
Another resort hotel that’s chock full of incredible dining options is Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. While signature restaurants like Victoria & Albert’s and Narcoossee’s get all the fame and glory, Grand Floridian Cafe is also totally worth a trip to this deluxe resort!
This location has some incredible secret breakfast menu items. Our all-time favorite HAS To be their Chicken and Waffles (yep, the one we hacked together years back!). It’s been missing from the menu since reopening but if you ask, both Chicken and Waffles as well as their French Toast are typically available right now off-menu! Keep in mind that like other secret menus, these items may be subject to availability. In our experience, we’ve also seen these items change slightly over the years, so it may be different than how you remember them!

Tambu Lounge
After touring the Contemporary and Grand Floridian, let’s finish the trifecta of Monorail Resorts at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Like its two sister resorts along the Monorail route, the Polynesian has loads of knock-out restaurants. As of this writing, dining is limited due to construction taking place through summer of 2021, but Tambu Lounge is currently open!
While this location is open, its menu is limited like we’ve seen at other restaurants throughout Disney World. Prior to the closures, this spot was home to our FAVORITE secret menu. Those not wanting to shell out for a pricey sit-down meal at adjoining ‘Ohana could basically hack together an entire meal from menu items AND off-menu goodies you had to be in the KNOW to score. These menu items would be especially welcomed these days, since ‘Ohana has yet to reopen. We DID recently find ‘Ohana-inspired bread pudding at Kona Cafe that has since made its way to Tambu. You just have to remember to ask after 5PM!

World Premiere Food Court – Roxy Counter
As of this writing, World Premiere Food Court is temporarily closed and has yet to reopen. Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort is scheduled to reopen on February 9th, 2021.
Alright you guys, Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort definitely wins the contest of having the COOLEST way to read a secret menu across all of Disney World. Why read a boring paper menu or scroll through your phone when you can look at the menu on a VIEWFINDER?!
That’s right, this is how you read the secret menu at the Roxy Counter at World Premiere Food Court! Secret menu items here have included their Cinnamon Bun Burger, Poutine, and Bacon Mac and Cheese Dog. Time will tell if this DFB-fav secret menu returns upon reopening, but we’re doubting we’ll see it for a while due to health and safety protocols.

Barcelona Lounge
Some of Disney World’s newest dining locations can be found at Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This Moderate Resort features many of the fixings of a Deluxe resort, including some fun and unique dining options like Barcelona Lounge.
Barcelona Lounge has some scrumptious Sangrias, and their secret menu Passionfruit Sangria is no exception! Give it a try on your next visit! The bartenders should have everything to make it up for you.

Pineapple Lanai
Surely Disney World would have a secret Dole Whip SOMEWHERE on property, right? Dole Whip specialties come and go with relative frequency, between Aloha Isle and Sunshine Tree Terrace at Magic Kingdom. But over at the Polynesian, Pineapple Lanai is another go-to when it comes to special frozen treat hacks.
We’ve uncovered some secret flavors in the past like their secret menu Lemon flavor Dole Whip, so be sure to ask on your next visit if they have any special flavors available! This one is pretty unpredictable though since the flavors change frequently. At times, all flavors will be posted on the glass, but fortune favors the bold who dare and ask. You may come up empty but maybe, just maybe you’ll score a sweet new combo or rare flavor not on the menu!

Scat Cat’s Club Cafe
As of this writing, Scat Cat’s Club Cafe is temporarily closed and has yet to reopen.
Our last stop on our secret resort tour takes us to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort French Quarter, the singular place on Disney World property where you can find Mickey Beignets! During the holiday season in 2019, Scat Cat’s Club Cafe served secret Gingerbread Beignets…a treat that we were hoping would return this year, but due to Port Orleans’ extended closure, we may have to wait another year before we’re reunited with these tasty Mickey treats.
Scat Cat’s Club Cafe has also served secret boozy beignets with Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, so our fingers are crossed that we can sink our teeth into THEM soon!
Click here to read about another specialty boozy beignet we’ve tried at Scat Cat’s Club Cafe!
Disney Springs
Starbucks
Last but not least, we’re heading to Disney Springs to review some of their secret menus! It may not be THAT much of a secret, but Starbucks has been known to serve some exclusive, off-the-menu drinks…perhaps your local Starbucks has them, too! In fact, we’re fond of looking for off-menu flavors at the Disney Springs location, but really any Starbucks in or out of the parks should be able to make up secret flavors. Just keep in mind they often take longer for the baristas to prepare!
Most recently, we picked up their secret Jack Skellington Frappuccino and we were big fans of the hilariously-named Robert Brownie Jr.. You never know when Starbucks will come up with their NEXT secret concoction, so be sure to check back frequently for our latest review!

Vivoli il Gelato
One of our favorite places to pick up a frozen dessert in Disney Springs has got to be Vivoli il Gelato. When we aren’t stuffing our faces with their delicious Gelato Sliders, we’re checking in on their secret menu to see what we can find!
We’ll admit, their Double Chocolate Waffle Sundae wasn’t a TOTAL secret, but hey, it’s on a “secret menu,” so we’ll take it! Their Matcha Affogato also has also been on their secret menu. Be sure to double-check ahead of your visit for their latest offerings! The funny thing with THIS secret menu though — it’s no secret! It’s literally listed on their menu as “Secret Menu.” Whoops!
Click here to read our full review of Vivoli il Gelato!
D-Luxe Burger
If you’re a secret menu aficionado, then you probably already know about this next dining location. D-Luxe Burger in Disney Springs always seems to have something unique and special going on, like their Strawberry Shortcake Gelato Shake and Bacon & Blue Burger we spotted off of their Mobile Order menu last year!
We’ve seen their secret menu get as high as having EIGHT offerings at one time, so they’re definitely no stranger to trying new things. These items are typically limited-time offerings, so if you spot something on their secret menu, be sure to order it!
Click here to read about the boozy milkshakes you can find at D-Luxe Burger!
Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar
Last but certainly not least, we’re visiting Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar for our final secret menu discovery. Last holiday season we discovered a dessert dish called the “Tacky Trio,” which was an assortment of sweets with some interesting (or rather, tacky) color schemes.
Jock Lindsey’s holiday menu isn’t a secret anymore, but we’re always on the lookout for more off-the-menu dishes at this fun and unique bar in Disney Springs!
Click here to check out all of this year’s holiday specials at Jock Lindsey’s
Sorry, we couldn’t keep all of these menus a secret any longer! We hope that this one-stop shop gives you a few ideas of where to check on during your next Disney World vacation! Remember, these items are considered “secret” for a reason! They aren’t regular menu items, meaning their availability can come and go! As Disney World continues its reopening, we’re hoping more of these menus come back and we’re able to go on our foodie scavenger hunts again soon!
