Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure both reached capacity earlier this morning at 10:15 AM. Back when the initial announcement was made, Universal Orlando Resort expected to reopen later in the afternoon, however they have now issued an update indicating that a reopening may not be possible: Crowds today have been amongst the heaviest since the start of the holiday season.
