2020 has come to a close, and as we look forward to what 2021 will bring us, we can’t help but begin to anticipate what the Orlando Theme Parks will bring to us next. But, before the end of the year we had to enjoy the Disney parks one last time here in 2020. In other words, we went around to all 4 Disney World parks and enjoyed everything they have to offer. Park hopping and fast passes aren’t technically back at the moment but we joined with some friends who are members of Club 33 and those tickets have fast pass and park hopping abilities. So, join us as we share with you an experience adventuring around all 4 Disney World Parks!
DISNEY’S ANIMAL KINGDOM
We started out this adventurous day at Disney’s beautiful Animal Kingdom! For our first ride of the day we rode Na’vi River Journey in Pandora: World of Avatar. The sounds of the Banshee’s really stood out today since there weren’t many people at the park. Our ride on the River Journey was very beautiful and relaxing, Jackson really seemed to love it because of all the bright luminescent colors. On our way out of Pandora we stopped and got a few tasty snacks, that were unbelievably great. For our second ride of the day we ventured into Asia where we had to take a long hike to get to the Legend of the Forbidden Mountain in which they call it Expedition Everest. This was Jenn’s first coaster since being pregnant with Jackson, this was a momentous occasion! After Jenn finished riding Expedition Everest we got an amazing superzoom photopass picture of the outside of Everest. We finished our first stop of the day in Animal Kingdom by playing some carnival games in Dino-Rama.
DISNEY’S HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS
For our next stop of the day we find ourselves at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We were so excited to ride Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway, we went straight there and didn’t think twice! As we finished up with our first ride in Hollywood Studios we stopped into the gift shop after Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway to check out some things they had available. We had a short time in Hollywood Studios because we wanted to head to EPCOT to enjoy some delicious foods. But on our way out of Hollywood Studios we stopped and enjoyed some of the street parades.
EPCOT
Next we took the Skyliner over to Disney’s very own EPCOT! Before our first ride of the day in EPCOT we stopped and watched the cavalcade stroll by us for a quick show. While in EPCOT we rode Frozen Ever After and took a look at the new fountain/screen barges in World Showcase Lagoon. This new NightTime spectacular they’re bringing us is called Harmonious, we’re so excited to see those fireworks one day, hopefully sometime soon in 2021. We also ate lunch at Regal Eagle, and the food we picked up was absolutely delicious. After we finished eating and venturing around EPCOT we got back on the Skyliner and headed back over to Hollywood Studios to get our car and head to Disney’s Magic Kingdom for our last park of the night.
DISNEY’S MAGIC KINGDOM
For our last park of the day, we finish off this amazing park hopping experience at Disney’s Magic Kingdom! Meanwhile, in Magic Kingdom we arrived when it was getting dark, so of course we had to stop and check out all of the beautiful lights. Cinderella’s castle looked amazing as always but at dark this thing is no joke! We ended up riding Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and we totally forgot how much fun this ride was! We had such a fantastic night, riding, rides, eating BBQ, hanging out with friends and just soaking in the Disney Magic they have to offer!
