Disneyland Resort is currently serving as Orange County, California’s first mass vaccination site.
The property is one of five Super Point-of-Dispensing sites in California. While the theme park is mostly closed, Disney has opened the Toy Story parking lot to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine. Medical tents have been installed and the site has opened for vaccine administration.
The City of Anaheim has given a first look at the Disneyland vaccination site. The vaccination sites are expected to administer thousands of doses a day and it looks like lines are forming for appointments. Anaheim is expected to reach the mid-80s today and the City of Anaheim advises people to stay in their cars until 15 minutes prior to their appointment time.

The vaccine is being distributed on a tiered basis, starting with law enforcement, first responders, and high-risk communities including residents 75 years or older. Those eligible to receive the vaccine at Disneyland must reside or work in Orange County and individuals are likely being contacted by their employer to make an appointment for a vaccination. Disney World has also been in consideration as a distribution site in the future.
We’ll continue to inform you about the vaccine distribution at Disneyland and Disney World.
