Though Primeval Whirl is permanently closed, the attraction has been sitting relatively abandoned in DinoLand U.S.A. at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Ride vehicles were removed in late July and now, six months later, a piece of the track is gone. Judging by the gap in the track, it seems like this piece was purposefully removable.
