Lobster Poutine
It seems we just can’t get enough of snacking on fries topped with all kinds of unique flavors. Can you really blame us? Well, now it’s time for ANOTHER poutine treat — the all NEW Butter Chicken Poutine!
We LOVE butter chicken. Our favorite version of this dish is the one over at Sanaa (so much yum). So, when we learned about the NEW limited time Butter Chicken Poutine coming to The Daily Poutine in Disney Springs, we had to give it a try. Butter chicken, fries and cheese? We’re in.
Butter Chicken Poutine
To be exact, the new Butter Chicken Poutine is made of French Fries, Tomato Curry Sauce, Chicken, and Paneer Cheese. You can get it right now for $9.99.

The treat certainly sounds interesting and looks yummy, but how does it taste? Well, for starters, it was served nice and hot, which we loved. The fries were also still crispy at the time we first got them, which was great. The tomato curry sauce had a slight kick to it, but wasn’t too spicy. The Paneer Cheese on top reminded us of a dry cottage cheese.

There was, however, quite a lot of sauce — maybe even a little too much for some. If you wait too long, those fries underneath could get really soggy. If you like soggy fries, that might be a good thing for you. But, if you prefer to eat your poutine with some fries that are still on the crispier side, don’t wait too long to gobble up this treat.

Overall, we thought this new twist on poutine was really tasty! Would we get it over the regular poutine though? Probably not. If you’re a BIG fan of the traditional poutine at this spot (which is made of french fries, beef poutine gravy, and cheddar curds), this take on the dish might not be for you. If you really like curry though, and you’re looking for something different to try at this spot, then you might really enjoy this new snack.
The Daily Poutine
Keep in mind, the Butter Chicken Poutine will only be available for a limited time. So, if it’s something that you absolutely must try, be sure to get it before it’s gone!
