Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Food Update
It might be the beginning of January, but Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is looking forward to those summer nights! Although we still have a ways to go before that summer temps return to Disney World, the Roaring Fork has already debuted the Orange Creme Cupcake.

Creamsicle fans are going to melt over this treat with the orange-flavored cake, crème center, hint of orange flavor in the icing, a candy orange slice, and crispy pearls for $5.99.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Entertainment Update
While you usually can find the Bison Topiaries around Disney’s Wilderness Lodge…

…they were missing during our visit to the resort! It’s unclear where they are or when they’re going to be back. We miss seeing the little guys chilling out in the shrubbery and hope to see them soon!

Disney World is just starting to get rid of its Christmas decorations around the parks and resorts, but Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is still going strong with string lights and garlands!

While you can find them inside the buildings and surround the outside…

…the Wilderness Lodge’s giant Christmas tree is also still holding up shop in the lobby too!

You might want to hurry if you plan on snapping a few photos in front of it since these decorations likely won’t stick around long.
Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Construction Update
At this time, guests visiting the resort should be aware that the walkway that takes guests to Geyser Point is currently closed off at the moment!

Guests can still get to Geyser Point via a slightly longer walk around the pool.
