Hello from EPCOT! We’ve got lots to show you.
We took a walk around Future World and the World Showcase and found some new merchandise, snack updates, and more. Let’s take a look!
On our way into the park, we stopped to admire some of the Festival of the Arts chalk art!
New installations are constantly arriving. We loved the Mulan chalk art a few weeks ago, and now there’s a new piece! It’s a 3D tea party! An artist’s note on the base notes that guests can pose on top of the table so it looks like they’re crashing the party.
We love checking out what’s new at the Festival of the Arts, and we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop. Now, let’s get started on our trip around the park!
EPCOT Food Update
Mouse Gear Outdoor Cart:
The outdoor cart just outside of Mouse Gear has reopened!
It serves classic Disney snacks like Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Bars and Ice Cream Sandwiches, Frozen Lemonade Cups, and more.
Pop Eats:
The tomato soup is still being served in paper cups at Pop Eats!. It is supposed to be served in a paint can can as a nod to the Festival of the Arts.
We typically see them pop up on the weekends, but that’s not guaranteed.
Weinkeller:
The wine of the week in Germany Pavilion’s Weinkeller is 2018 Qualitätswein Rheingau.
It’s from Rheingau, Germany and is an off-dry Riesling.

EPCOT Construction Update
Germany Pavilion:
The train is the Germany pavilion was derailed, and a Cast Member had to place it upright again.
Luckily, the little guy was back on track in no time!
Italy Pavilion:
Construction walls are still up in the Italy Pavilion, as a crew is hard at work on the new Gelato Cart.
We don’t have an opening date for the cart yet, but we’re excited to try 12 different varieties of gelato and sorbet.
You Can Now Get Grab-and-Go Drinks in Italy!
EPCOT Merchandise Update
Mouse Gear:
In Mouse Gear, we spotted the new Partners Statue Shirt. It features the Walt and Mickey Partners Statue silhouetted against Cinderella Castle. It’s $24.99!
We also found two new mugs! One of them is a retro yellow Walt Disney World logo mug. We’ve seen sweatshirts, crocs, and more in this design, but now you can sip your coffee while wearing a matching t-shirt.
We also found this Minnie Mouse bow mug. We love the pastels with pops of different brighter colors for the bows.
Both of these mugs are $14.99. We’ll let you know if we spot them anywhere else in the parks!
Mitsukoshi Department Store:
Attention: chapstick fans! We just have to show you this Hello Kitty chapstick we found in the Japan Pavilion. It’s not new, but it’s definitely worthy of a shoutout. Just look at that packaging!
There are Tangerine, Strawberry, and Crisp Apple flavors, and each pack is $4.95.
The Tea Caddy:
In the United Kingdom Pavilion, we saw some new rubber duckies dressed in uniforms! This one is dressed like the United Kingdom flag…
…and this one is in a military uniform…
…while this one is dressed like royalty! These ducks are each $8.
That’s all for our trip around EPCOT! As always, stay tuned to DFB for Disney park news.
