The newest Food Studio at this year’s Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts has a Disney treat that, in my opinion, takes in-park snacks to a new level. And I can’t wait to have it again.
I know that we Disney Parks fans have our favorite snacks that we need to enjoy (yep, it’s a necessity) every time we visit the Magic. Today, I submit for your consideration Vibrante and Vivido’s Passion Fruit Mousse.
This treat is delightful, light, and completely unexpected. The bright and tart notes of the passion fruit mousse, along with the dragon fruit jam running through the middle of it, pack a punch.
The mousse sits atop a layer of white chocolate and a scalloped-edged butter cookie serves as the foundation. This $4.75 dessert is worth your Disney snack dollars.
As we’ve come to expect at the Festival of the Arts, the Passion Fruit Mousse (and it feels weird calling it that because it’s so much more than just mousse) is lovely to look at, with extra attention paid to every detail. I’m so glad that I set out to try something new because I’m always happy to add a new treat to my must-eat list.
Have you tried something at this year’s Taste of Festival of the Arts that you’d recommend that I add to my must-eat list? Please let me know in the comments below.
Happy snacking!
