Each of the Walt Disney World theme park had a pretty average weekday. Average posted wait times ranked in the middle of the past 30 days, aside from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Today the average posted wait times rank number 2 out of the past 30 days at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This time Rise of the Resistance isn’t too blame because operations there are going fairly smoothly. Magic Kingdom’s posted wait times were a bit inflated compared to actual wait times. It’s also important to remember that the past 30 days have been slow at Walt Disney World, so the average is already pretty low.

The slight downward trend we are seeing in mask compliance continues. At Magic Kingdom today our team observed 483 out of 500 guests (96.6%) wearing their masks in accordance with Disney’s guidelines. We’re used to seeing a 97% – 98% average. So this slightly lower trend isn’t cause for much alarm, but something we’ll continue to watch and we’ll continue to hope that guests will do the right thing and make things easier on the hard working Cast Members. Magic Kingdom Wait Times

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad had an average wait time today of 38 minutes. Its 7-day average is 42 minutes, so today ranks #4 for this week. Its 30-day average is 41 minutes, so today ranks #20 for the past month. We received 9 actual wait times today, and the actual wait averaged 51% of the posted wait time, so just about 20 minutes.

Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin had an average wait time today of 27 minutes. Its 7-day average is 30 minutes, so today ranks #3 for this week.
