Another Average Day – Disney World Wait Times for Friday, February 26, 2021

Today’s weather was lovely, and the start of a big warm up here in Orlando. Wait times across all Disney World theme parks are pretty average today, ranking toward the middle of the past 30 days. Magic Kingdom was the busiest park, and it came close to have the highest wait time of all four parks, but Na’vi River Journey snuck in above it.

Compared to our actual wait time data, Disney’s posted wait times were about as accurate as we expect, in the 70% range. We received 168 actual wait times from our Lines app users – thank you, Liners! At Magic Kingdom today our team counted 477 out of 500 (95%) guests wearing their masks in accordance with Disney’s policy. With it being warmer we tend to see a little dip in mask compliance. Let’s do the numbers!

Mickey Mouse fans!

Mickey Mouse

From an Up designer eat hat to BaubleBar designer ears, we’ve seen some pretty cool accessories here at DFB. Just a few days ago, we spotted an iconic tribute to the main Mouse himself over at EPCOT: a Designer Mickey Ear Hat! And while we oohed and ahhed at it in the parks, it wasn’t available online — until now.

That’s right — soon, you’ll be able to buy this ear hat on shopDisney! Let’s check it out! The hat portion is a blank white canvas with illustrations of Mickey Mouse animation through the years.

Yes, we got emotional over a hat

One of the ears features a classic Walt Disney quote: “…that is was all started by a mouse.” Are we REALLY getting emotional over a hat?!

Designer Mickey Ears Hat

The other side has Mickey Mouse’s colorful name on an ear. We love the bright “Mickey Mouse” text that patterns the white canvas, too!

Look at all that color!

This work of art was designed by Alex Maher, and it will only available for a limited time! And although we don’t have an official date just yet, we can tell you it’ll be online soon. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more. As always, stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news!
