The facade of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT has been mostly enclosed with wood paneling, which means synthetic sheeting is the next layer to be placed. The blue synthetic underlayment already covers the roof of the building where (we think) solar panels will eventually be installed.
