Attention: Dole Whip fans!

You may know how much we LOVE Dole Whip here at DFB. Watermelon Dole Whip, strawberry-chocolate Dole Whip, Dole Whip floats…we’ve tried it all. But when we stopped by Aloha Isle today in Magic Kingdom, we noticed yet another Dole Whip option that we HAVE to tell you about!
Okay, first we have to give you some backstory. Remember the Moana-themed Kakamora Float? It debuted for the 2019 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and has disappeared a few times — and then reappeared again! One of the key ingredients in this guy is Coconut Soft-serve.

Well, when Disney brought the Kakamora Float back most recently, the Coconut Soft-serve ended up in a machine adjacent to the Pineapple Soft-serve. So that means what you’re lookin’ at is a Coconut Pineapple Dole Whip Swirl, aka the swirl of our dreams!

We’ve asked for this combo pre-closure, and we were told it wasn’t possible because the Coconut Soft-serve was in its own machine. But now it’s made its debut, in all its Pineapple-Coconut Soft-serve glory! Of course, we should note that the Coconut Soft-serve is technically not Dole Whip, even though we call it that. And you should know it isn’t dairy-free like the Pineapple Soft-serve is! But this sweet snack is HERE for all of us to enjoy, which is pretty great.
