What’s New at Magic Kingdom: Two Attractions Reopen, Puppet Plushes, and A Poisonous Trinket Tray

Hello from the Magic Kingdom!

Cinderella Castle

It really is lovely here, and we enjoyed a day wandering around to see what’s new. So here are all the latest updates in merchandise, construction, and more!

Magic Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Emporium

One of the first things we saw at Emporium was this cool thing that features Cinderella Castle and Main Street, U.S.A. We’re still not entirely sure what this thing is, but we liked the design enough to buy it!

Poisonous?

It’s definitely something NOT for food, considering its warning about how it “may poison food” (!!!), but it rang up as a Trinket Tray for $17.99.

We Have No Idea What This Piece of Disney Merch is For…But We Bought It

These Mickey and Minnie Corkcicles are downright delightful! The Mickey Corkcicle Canteen has Mickey pants on!

And the Minnie Corkcicle Canteen has Minnie’s signature polka dots and a bow!

Both canteens are $39.99 each.

We previously saw the Donald Duck Big Feet Plush at Downtown Disney, but now he’s turned up at Disney World! Look at those sweet duck feet! He’s available now for $26.99.

We previously saw the Puppet Plushes at Animal Kingdom, but they’re also now available at Magic Kingdom. There’s Mickey, Minnie, Stitch, and Angel!

Puppet Plushes

These puppet plushes are $29.99 each.

The Loungefly Coco Mini Backpack has arrived at Plaza del Sol. It’s black with beautiful Coco-inspired details and says “Seize Your Moment.”

Tomorrowland Light & Power Co.

Nothing says “Be My Valentine” like a Forky Valentine’s Day Magnet! And he’s holding one of those homemade macaroni hearts! So sweet!

How much fun is this Sorcerer Mickey Phone Case for $34.99?

Magic Kingdom Attractions

Liberty Belle

The steam-powered Liberty Belle has returned to the Rivers of America and is transporting guests again!

The Liberty Belle

It’s so nice to see her back in the water, and we learned the construction was much more complicated than it originally seemed!

Tom Sawyer Island

Guests have also returned to Tom Sawyer Island, which has officially reopened.

We enjoyed being able to wander around the island again!

Magic Kingdom Construction

Bonjour Village Gifts

In Fantasyland, Bonjour Village Gifts is getting a new paint job! The new color is a sort of mossy green.

Bonjour Village Gifts Repainting

It was previously all a beigey color.

PICS! Repainting Continues on the Magic Kingdom Entrance Sign!

That’s all we have for now, but we’ll be back at Magic Kingdom soon to get even more updates. We enjoyed riding the Liberty Belle and adventuring around Tom Swayer Island for the first time in a LONG time! Stay tuned to DFB for the latest Disney news.
