At first glance, you might look at this photo of Disney’s beloved princesses in Magic Kingdom during a cavalcade and think…how are these princesses anything like me? I don’t have a cavalcade with adoring fans waving at me (except for in my mind when I pretend to be a Hollywood A-lister as I sing my heart out in the shower).

But, Disney celebrities sometimes are just like us! Those princesses for example, typically travel on a giant float. But, on this day, they were roughing it and walking the cavalcade route. Maybe they were part of a FitBit challenge at work and had to get those steps in? Maybe they’re trying to keep their New Year’s resolution to get in shape and not eat any more poisonous apples. We’ve spotted quite a few characters all around Disney World doing things that have totally made us think, “OMG. That’s SO us!” You might just be surprised at how much Disney celebrities are just like you!
It’s March which means some of us are getting ready for springtime flowers and a bit of gardening. Been getting out those watering cans lately to give your flowers a little love? Well, Donald is too apparently!
Yes, Donald was once replaced by a literal PLANT on an EPCOT ride. If you haven’t already seen the photos, you’ve got to check this out!
With spring weather on the way, sometimes there’s nothing better than planning a fun little picnic — and it seems Chip ‘n’ Dale agree!

And they play games just like us too!! How many of you all have played (or still play) rock, paper, scissors?! It can be a great way to decide who gets to pick the restaurant for dinner or the next movie, or just kill some time. Well, once again, Chip ‘n’ Dale prove that they’re just like us because they play a bit of this game too!

Just like the princesses in that one cavalcade, some of the other Disney characters sometimes just gotta get those steps in. Queen Elsa used to really get in her exercise walking all around World Showplace.

TBH though, we might be more of an Anna here. Get driven around in your own carriage or WALK all of World Showcase? UMMMMMM, yeah, our choice is pretty clear here.

Let’s just say after a LONG day of walking in Disney World, we could all use our own carriages!

But, Elsa isn’t the only one who has had to walk her way through the parks. We’ve also spotted other characters, like Gaston, off of their horses, and getting those steps in. Sing it with us…no one walks like Gaston!
Fantasyland Friends Cavalcade
Over in EPCOT, we’ve also gotten the chance to see Joy from Inside Out greeting guests. But, Joy isn’t just meeting and greeting (from a distance) — she can often be found frolicking through the grass, waving a ribbon, playing with a pinwheel, or otherwise just having a grand time.

She reminds us of those days when the weather is amazing, the PERFECT song comes up on your playlist, and you just can’t help but skip or dance around the house, your yard, the park, or anywhere! We LOVE the enthusiasm Joy!
And while we might not find ourselves ever trying to catch butterflies, we can still relate to the fun-loving nature of that silly old bear, Winnie the Pooh! You can often find him out and about, trying to catch some butterflies and just having fun.
Oh, Bother!
But, Disney isn’t all fun and games — there are villains here too! Not too long ago, we spotted Gaston interacting with one of the Country Bears, who looked a little bit scared that Gaston might just turn him into a rug!

We’ve been there! Those Disney villains can give you a real fright sometimes! And some of us may or may not have pictures of ourselves or little ones related to us crying their eyes out at the sight of a Disney villain!
