Disney is constantly adjusting its policies and procedures.

To get input on best practices from guests, Disney’s sent surveys on crowding, Fastpass+, overall experience — and even superheroes! And recently, guests who stayed in a Disney resort received a survey asking about THEIR experiences.
First, Disney asked how satisfied guests were with the overall health and safety measures at the resort.

Then, they asked about specific safety measures such as hand-washing, face coverings, and social distancing. Each safety measure could be individually rated.

From there, we took a little detour as Disney got into…characters? Characters have started popped up occasionally at resorts, so that may be what they’re asking about.

Then, guests were asked about which digital features they used and how each impacted their stay. Online check-in, Digital Room Keys, dining check-in, and more were included.

And lastly, Disney asked if guests considered staying in a non-Disney hotel instead.
