Hello to the first day of the 2021 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival!
We are LIVE from the festival today, trying out all the goodies at the food booths, checking out all the beautiful topiaries, and enjoying some great entertainment along the way!
But we’re also checking out the Garden Graze food stroll, which highlights five of the festival’s offerings.
The idea is to grab a Festival Passport (available for free throughout EPCOT) and get a stamp for each food you try. And if you get all the stamps, you can bring your passport to Pineapple Promenade for a special sur-PRIZE!
So let’s get started! We kicked things off at the Flavor Full Kitchen Hosted by AdventHealth in Future World West to have the Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis for $4.75.
We loved all the flavor in this — it was a great plant-based eat!

Next up was the Boneless Impossible Korean Short Rib with Cilantro-Lime Rice for $6.75 at Trowel & Trellis Hosted by Impossible Foods.
The plant-based short ribs were surprisingly tasty! Plus, the mayo was delicious and the slaw was golden and crunchy.

Then we were off to the Refreshment Outpost for a Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning for $4.75.
The salty, spicy sour Tajin combined with the pineapple made this snack a pineapple lover’s DREAM!

But we’re not done yet! We also tried the Potato Pancakes with House-made Apple Sauce for $4.50 at Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market at the Germany Pavilion.
Despite the strange applesauce-like texture, this dish had a really nice sweet-and-salty combo.

Our final stop was in Morocco at Taste of Marrakesh. There, we nabbed the Lemon Magdalena Cake with Fig Compote and Sangria Gel for $4.75.
The fig paired nicely with the lemon in this dense dessert, but it’s not a great choice for those into super-sweet treats.

With our final snack, we finished our graze and got all our stickers! Mission accomplished! The final cost for our Garden Graze Scavenger Hunt –with all 5 stops — was $25.50.
So it was time to collect our prize! Once you finish all 5 stops, you can pick up some delicious-looking Mango Limeade DOLE WHIP in a souvenir cup!
The lime flavor is strong and this treat is super tart! There’s some faint mango notes, but those citrus flavors stood out the most. But mainly, we were celebrating because we got to try an EXCLUSIVE Dole Whip!! That’s right, the ONLY way to get this snack is by doing the Garden Graze and collecting ALL 5 of those stamps.
The Garden Graze is a fun way to spend some time checking out some of the awesome snacks the festival has to offer. And if you’re pretty sure you’ll like everything on the list, it’s a great way to get a nice reward just for eating things you probably would have eaten anyway! It’s a win-win situation!
