This week has been filled with all sorts of St. Patrick’s Day treats.
Hollywood Studios
Well, we’re taking a quick break from all of the green treats to try a cookie that just debuted in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Over at Rosie’s All-American Cafe on Sunset Boulevard, we spotted the new Snacking Sandwich Cookie.
Snacking Sandwich Cookie
Now, it may look kind of simple, but it’s actually far from it! This snack featured a thick square of marshmallow sandwiched between two shortbread cookies that have pretzel pieces in them! Plus, it’s dipped in chocolate and topped with pretzel and potato chip pieces, and flaky salt.
Sweet and salty!
We found the cookie itself to be buttery, very crumbly, and not especially sweet. On its own, we didn’t love the cookie, but it was a great combination with the marshmallow and chocolate (and, that was a THICK marshmallow).

Overall, we liked the way all the sweet and salty flavors came together in this cookie sandwich. Altogether, it sorta tasted like a chocolate-covered pretzel. We do kinda wish that another kind of cookie was used, rather than shortbread.
