St. Patrick’s Day is now behind us, and Easter is on the way. And we’re already starting to see signs of Easter at Disney World!
Flame Tree Barbecue
Disney JUST released all the amazing Easter treats coming to the parks, and we’ve already tried a few, including a brand new cupcake (and we know there will be TONS of cupcakes — there are ALWAYS cupcakes!).
But this cupcake is special! Not only does it have the cutest bunny ever, Thumper, on it, but it’s also a Carrot Cake Cupcake and you know how much we love carrot cake (if not, please read more about the Carrot Cake Cookie we LOVE to talk about).

The cupcake has caramel buttercream on top with LOADS of cute little spring sprinkles! One note, though — that White Chocolate Thumper medallion on top has a paper decal on it, so if you get this, don’t eat it (trust us on this). It was not so good! The rest, though? SO good. The carrot cake is soft and fluffy. And we thought the caramel buttercream might be a little off, but it’s actually so subtle that it works.
SPRINKLES for DAYS
Inside is cream cheese frosting, and, yes, that made us VERY happy. And it’s just the right amount not to make this sweet dessert TOO sweet.
