It’s no secret, we looooove those delicious (and HUGE) Gideon’s cookies! In addition to their regular menu offerings, Gideon’s also occasionally offers limited-edition treats that guests need to act fast to snag.
St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and Gideon’s Bakehouse is celebrating in style with a special Chocolate Mint Cookie!

This seasonal snack is a dark chocolate cookie mixed with mint and topped with chocolate chips, green glitter, and salt. According to Gideon’s, the dough has been aged for a full month to really bring out the minty flavor!

As with many of the other sweet treats from Gideon’s, this cookie was SUPER rich, so it’s definitely sharable. The mint flavor was evident but not overpowering and it was balanced nicely with the chocolate.

The inside of the cookie was soft and it reminded us a bit of a brownie. And the outside had just the right amount of sparkle to really make this beauty pop!

The St. Patrick’s Day Chocolate Mint Cookie will be available now through March 17th at Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs. But if this cookie is on your must-get list, make sure to get there as early as possible because there will be a limited supply of these cookies each day! There’s a limit of two per person while supplies last.
