Traveling to Disney World in April? You’ll Want to Make a Park Pass Reservation ASAP

Hot on the heels of spring break comes actual spring, and vacation vibes are still going strong in Disney World!

Case in point: Disney World park passes are ALREADY filling up for the entire month of April, so if you’re planning a trip soon, you might want to plan ahead.

In case you haven’t been back to Disney World since the parks reopened last summer, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with the Park Pass Reservations system!

Animal Kingdom Entrance

Unlike in the past, Disney World now requires advanced reservations for all four parks in order to enter. Gone are the days when you could casually drive into any park at your leisure!

This adds another layer of advanced planning for a Disney trip, and it’s especially important now, as more and more people are traveling again and returning to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

How do we know more people are returning? Well, spring break park passes have filled up again and again, and the traffic looks like it’s continuing into April!

Looking ahead, park passes are going FAST for almost the entire month, which means ticket-holders and resort guests have limited options for the first few weeks of the month. In fact, the earliest day where passes are available for ALL four parks is April 18th! Most days are marked “yellow,” which means only some parks are available, and not all.

The last full week of the month looks good, but act fast, because that’s likely to change soon!

For Annual Passholders, though, most of April is still wide-open, aside from a few weekend days, which is to be expected.

As people return to a sense of normalcy, this is yet another reminder to plan even further ahead when it comes to your next Disney World trip!
