There has been a LOT of news about Disneyland Resort in the past few weeks.
Not only is Disneyland reopening next month, but there are also some serious expansion plans in the early phases! Of course, we’ve been stopping by to check out the everyday updates too, so here’s everything new we spotted in Disneyland this week!
Disneyland Resort Construction Updates
Disneyland Park
Disneyland Park remains closed at this time, but we did spot a crane in the Town Square area by the entrance.
We wonder what sort of work they’re doing!

Disney California Adventure
As always, we took a gander over at Avengers Campus to see if we could spot any progress, and this time, we noticed something VERY exciting.
We spotted the Quinjet!!! This set piece is a major focal point of Avengers Campus and we can’t wait to get a little closer.

We also spotted that some rides in Disney California Adventure were moving again after more than a year of sitting still! How exciting!
These ride operations are probably for testing purposes and to train Cast Members prior to the parks reopening next month.

A Touch of Disney
A Touch of Disney, the current ticketed event in Disney California Adventure, had a new photo op for The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. We also noticed that the Roz Photo Op and the Yellow Toy Truck Photo Ops had been removed.
Donald’s character encounter spot. has also been moved from the Grand Californian to the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail.

Disneyland Resort Merchandise
World of Disney
Now, let’s talk about merchandise! World of Disney in Downtown Disney had a pup-tacular 101 Dalmations Spirit Jersey for Dogs available for $36.99.
There were a few new men’s shirts too including the Yellow Character Shirt for $24.99…
…and the Partners Statue Shirt for $24.99.
Looking for a snazzy pair of Minnie Ears? You’ve got options! If you have a sweet tooth, you might want to spring for the Donut Minnie Ears that we’ve seen in Disney World for $29.99.
And we spotted the brand-NEW Pastel Tie-Dye Minnie Ears for $29.99 too!

It’s Easter season and you can totally tell. There was a Mickey Easter Bunny Plush available for $26.99.
The Starbucks Disney parks designs have been all the rage recently, so it’s no surprise that we’re loving the Disneyland Starbucks Tote for $29.99.
Looking for a way to add a little Pixar magic to your kitchen? Look no further than the Up Cookie Jar for $54.99.
Lastly, at World of Disney, we spotted a whole new Disneyland Loungewear line including a Sweatshirt for $44.99…
