Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will reopen on April 29, 2021, with limited capacity, and guests can book their room reservations beginning on April 15, 2021.

Opening dates for the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel have not been announced yet.

Sit-down dining and new mobile order options will be available at GCH Craftsman Bar and Grill and Hearthstone Lounge.

It’s important to note that at the time of this posting, only California residents in party sizes no larger than 3 households may visit the Disneyland theme parks, per state guidance. While the CDC has given fully vaccinated people clearance to travel within the U.S., the state of California is still telling people [at the time of this post] to postpone non-essential travel for the time being.

There have been numerous changes to CDC guidelines since Disneyland first announced their theme parks’ reopening date, and it’s important to stay up to date if you’re planning on visiting soon. Additionally, California Governor Gavin Newsome said that the state aims to reopen the economy fully in mid-June.
