Disneyland Hotel Dining Will Be Open to a SELECT Group Upon Reopening

We’re getting excited for Disneyland’s reopening!

Pixar Pier

Both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are reopening on April 30th, but Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa is reopening a day earlier: on April 29th! We’ve already brought you a full list of which restaurants would be available all around property, and of course, there are some options at the Grand Californian. But now, we’re bringing you an update on who, exactly, will be able to eat there.

GCH Craftsman Bar, GCH Craftsman Grill, and Hearthstone Lounge will all reopen with the hotel on April 29th. However, Disney has stated that only guests staying at the Grand Californian will be able to eat at these locations.

This is a big difference from the hotels at Disney World: anyone can eat in those restaurants as long as they’ve made a reservation. This is not the case at the Grand Californian, where outside guests will be unable to dine.

If you do want to book a room, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel is now taking reservations! We’ve even made you a step-by-step guide with all the details.

Not staying at the Grand Californian and looking for somewhere else to eat? We’ve got you covered! Check out our favorite hidden gem dining spots in Disneyland.
