ICMYI: Lamplight Lounge has officially reopened at Disney California Adventure, as part of the A Touch of Disney ticketed event!
We’ve been making our way all around A Touch of Disney, but we were especially excited to FINALLY get to stop by this restaurant again. We’ve already brought ya a full review (lobster nachos, YUM!), but we couldn’t help but stop by again to show you the drinks up for grabs on their secret menu.
Okay, so the secret menu at Lamplight Lounge isn’t exactly a huge secret. After all, it’s been a thing since this was The Cove Bar and we were sippin’ on the Fun Wheel wayyy back in 2015. But today, we’re breaking down ALL the offerings — and cluing you in on one of the more secret options. So let’s get started!
We’re gonna kick things off with an overview of that secret drink menu! There’s 5 secret drinks currently available. That Fun Wheel is one of the more famous, and it’s a twist on your everyday Long Island. You’ll get gin, vodka, and rum — and then the REAL fun kicks in. Pineapple juice, X-Rated Passion Fruit Vodka, and blue curaçao form that iconic range of colors! It’ll cost ya $14.
The Neverland Tea is also Long Island-inspired. It’s $13.25, and it’s made with vodka, gin, and rum plus peach Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Midori. And isn’t it pretty, too?!
Onto the Zombie! This one’s BIG on the rum, guys. You’ll get light rum, dark rum, coconut rum, spiced rum, 151 Rum, orange and pineapple juices, blue curaçao, midori, and grenadine. Cheers!
Next up is the Melrose Place! It’s yet another Long Island variation, but with strawberry puree and Rose Regale. This one’s got a great sparkling wine flavor!
And with that, we’re onto the Sea Witch, which is what we’re reviewing for ya today. This is one of the lesser-known options on the secret menu, so if you really wanna show off, order it on your next visit! It’s got raspberry vodka, peach schnapps, blue curaçao, and a splash of cranberry juice and Sprite. And doesn’t it look GORGEOUS?!
This is a pretty tart sip — you’ll really be able to taste that raspberry. The blue curaçao flavor is strong, too (because you know Disney LOVES their blue curaçao). But we were diggin’ the overall Jolly Rancher vibe!
If you’re typically a Fun Wheel type of person, this drink has the same vibe to it. So if you wanna switch it up, give the Sea Witch a try! It costs $14.
Phew! And that wraps up Lamplight Lounge’s secret menu. Let us know what YOU want to try on your next visit! And stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news.
