You know we love finding cool and creative ways to eat in Disney World. We’ve taught you how to make waffle ice cream sandwiches, hack Disney drinks, and even access top-secret menus! And today, we’re back with a fun way to create your own Mickey-shaped snack.
Okay, let’s take a trip to the France Pavilion in EPCOT. There, you’ll find L’Artisan des Glaces, which serves up ice cream and macarons in seasonal flavors. Now, ice cream and macarons sound great on their own, right? But what if we combine ’em? And if we arranged those macarons juuuust right…we’d have Mickey ice cream!
Voila!
Now don’t worry — we’re gonna show you exactly how to make this little guy. You’ll want to order a single scoop of your favorite ice cream flavor in a cone (you’ve got 16 to choose from!). We went with coconut white chocolate just for kicks.

Here comes the fun part: those Mickey ears! You may remember we told ya that you could buy macarons individually at L’Artisan des Glaces, for $1.40 each. So order 2 in your favorite flavor (we got chocolate!) and stick ’em on top of your ice cream. And there you have it…
