NEWS: Disneyland’s Vaccination Site Will Close Soon

There has been a LOT going on with Disneyland Resort! Not only is the resort set to reopen on April 30th, but Avengers Campus is set to debut at Disney California Adventure in June!

There it is!

But there have also been plans to discontinue the passholder program (to be replaced with something new), an entire program devoted to expanding the resort, and a brand new merchandise collection to celebrate the reopening.

With everything around the resort picking up in anticipation of the reopening, you may have forgotten that Disneyland was also one of five Super Point-of-Dispensing sites for the COVID-19 vaccine in Orange County. While the theme park was mostly closed, Disneyland opened the Toy Story parking lot as a vaccination site.

However, that vaccination site will soon close, according to the Orange County Health Care Agency. The Disneyland vaccination site will close on April 30th, which is the date of Disneyland Resort’s reopening.

Disneyland Resort, here we come!

For the past month leading up to this closure, only second dose vaccination appointments were being held at the Disneyland drive-thru vaccination facility. Walk-up vaccinations will still be available at the nearby Anaheim Convention Center, though.
