Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa at Disneyland Resort reopened today, and for now, the GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill are the only dining locations open. The bar and grill currently have the same menu, which is a hybrid of favorites from both locations. Craftsman Grill is using mobile order for now and reservations are required for Craftsman Bar.
