Happy Earth Day and Happy Birthday to Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

You could celebrate these special holidays today by grabbing some shirts that might inspire you to save the planet, or even by getting some of Disney’s new reusable items online that’ll change how you do park days.

But, if you’re looking to watch a video, maybe you just need a break from your day, or you want to see (and listen) to something that is TRULY satisfying, we’ve got just the thing!!

Earlier today, Disney shared a video giving us all a “virtual tour of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park – ASMR style.” If you’re not familiar with ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response), basically it refers to the relaxing sensation you can get when you listen to certain sounds or watch certain visuals.

Watching ASMR videos can be SO satisfying and this one for Animal Kingdom is absolutely incredible! Even if you’re not one who typically watches ASMR videos, you might want to check this out.

In the video, you’ll see (and hear) everything from the cascading waterfalls at the Tree of Life to the satisfying sound of opening a Disney World Park MAP!! Sometimes there is nothing better than the sound of opening up a crisp, fresh park map.

There’s even a piece where you can listen to and watch Cast Members as they flip through some Wilderness Explorers books. Also, ever wonder what it sounds like when an adorable tortious chomps on some lettuce? WELL YOU ARE ABOUT TO FIND OUT! Check out the video below!

We’d say that was a 5 minute break well spent! Plus, we got a behind-the-scenes look at some animal care in the park. How great was that?!
