Disney really gave us a lot to think about with its feature Soul. And we’ve seen it represented in everything from merchandise to a Disney World drink to a new exhibit based on the film at EPCOT!

Soul starts off with Joe Gardner’s journey to the afterlife where he becomes a mentor for the rebellious soul only known as 22. But have you ever wondered what 22 was like before she met Joe Gardner?
Well, you’re about to find out! Disney has announced a new short film, 22 vs. Earth, that will premiere on Disney+ soon! And the short is all about who 22 (as voiced by Tina Fey) was before she met Joe (and we’re guessing we’ll get to see JUST how “spirited” she really was!).

The short follows 22 as she defies the rules of The Great Before by refusing to go to Earth. She creates a gang with five other souls to start a rebellion!
You can watch 22 vs. Earth on April 30th. And we’ll let you know about everything else coming to Disney+ (personally, we’re really wanting a short about Mister Mittens!).
