We’re back to explore everything new at Disney Springs!
We found a ton of new merchandise, treats, and a Dole Whip that’s spiked?! Um, yes!! Let’s get started!
Disney Springs Food Updates
The Ganachery
We can’t visit Disney Springs without seeing what new confections are being cooked up at The Ganachery!
Recently, we found a boozy bourbon beverage inside of a cute chocolate bunny. This week, we found a new Chocolate Toffee Crunch bar available!
This is a chocolate bar topped with crispy toffee bits, pecans, and sea salt.
A classic flavor combo, and a pretty good sized portion for $11!

Splitsville
Previously we reported that the brand new Bamboo Bar has opened at Splitsville!
And we were very happy to find a spiked Dole Whip!! It’s a premixed drink made with Dole Whip, Coco Lopez Bacardi Superior, and Rumhaven Coconut blended and topped with a splash of Plantation Double-Aged Dark Rum. It’s topped with a pineapple slice, cherry, and tropical drink stirrer!
It tastes like a Pina Colada, but kicked up with delicious Dole Whip flavor!
This is a great substitute for the similar drink at Trader Sams, which is currently closed. We highly recommend buying a refillable squeeze bottle to enjoy this out of. What’s better than one spiked Dole Whip? Unlimited spiked Dole Whips!
Check out another new Pina Colada we recently tried here!
Gideon’s Bakehouse
It’s no secret that we are obsessed with the sweet treats at the recently opened Gideon’s Bakehouse.
Their constant release of new flavors keeps us coming back for more, and recently we tried their newest limited release cake slice: Key Lime Pie Cake!
Pie and cake together? We would never turn down that combo! It’s a 3-Layer Key Lime Cake with Key Lime Cream Cheese Frosting and pieces of Graham Cracker Crust. It was sweet, tart, and just downright tasty!
We hope they’ll bring this flavor back soon!

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
Erin McKenna’s Bakery specializes in allergy-friendly and vegan baked goods, and we recently found several Spring-y treats!
Several fresh and spring-inspired cupcakes were available, including Lemon Lavender, Cherry Limeade, and Key Lime Pie. We love all of the citrus flavors!
We also found these adorable Earth Day-inspired mini cakes, with reminders to “Love Your Mother” and “Go Vegan”.
We’ll take one of everything please!

Sprinkles
If you are looking for just a regular ol’ piece of chocolate at Disney Springs, Sprinkles has you covered!
This new box of chocolates is filled with flavors and colors inspired by their most popular cupcake flavors for $32!
Each box has four flavors, including Dark Chocolate, Red Velvet, Black and White, and the very fun Sprinkle Chocolate!
We thought it was over-priced for the amount of chocolates, but these could be a yummy take-home souvenir (that’s if you can wait to eat them!).
A DFB Must Try Brownie is Finally Back at Disney World!
Coca-Cola Rooftop Beverage Bar
The Coca-Cola Rooftop Rar, on the top floor of the Coca-Cola store, has recently been releasing a specialty monthly drink!
This month, they are featuring a Peach Honey Bellini!
This drink has peach and honey sparkling water, sparkling wine, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice. A refreshing drink to fight off the rising Florida temperatures!
Check out other drinks of the month that we’ve found here!
