Well as it turns out, you can! Disney is currently hiring for select part-time positions, and third-party restaurants around property like Via Napoli in EPCOT are hiring (WITH a bonus). And now, more restaurants are taking job applications!
Palmas Restaurant Group, which owns several restaurants across Disney World, is currently hiring with a $1000 (!!) hiring bonus! They are currently accepting applications for EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs.

There are TONS of job openings — in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion alone, you could work as a Cook, Host/Hostess, or even at the Festival kiosks! But according to the listings on the Palmas Restaurant Group website, that $1000 hiring bonus only applies to the Culinary position at San Angel Inn or the Cook position at Frontera Cocina.
