We’ve gotten some BIG Disney news lately!

One of the biggest announcements is that the Disney College Program is resuming NEXT month after being on pause for over a year, with modified eligibility requirements and brand-new housing. We’ve slowly been receiving more information about what the program will look like, and now, we have some updates on housing.

As we mentioned, Disney College Program participants will be housed at the brand-new Flamingo Crossings Village complex. And now, Disney has announced a gender-neutral housing option for these participants. Those who opt into this gender-neutral housing will be placed in an apartment regardless of gender. Previously, College Program housing was separated on a gender basis.

As usual, participants may choose to “link” with a roommate, who will be placed in the same room as them. Those who choose to live in gender-neutral housing may link with a roommate of any gender — and their other housemates can be of any gender, too.

Disney has clarified that this process is completely optional: while it is available in all apartment styles, only those who check the “gender-neutral housing” category when registering will be placed in these living arrangements. Gender-neutral housing is also subject to availability.

This change comes in the wake of Disney’s addition of a fifth key — Inclusion — to their Four Keys. We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any and all Disney College Program news. Stay tuned to DFB!

This summer, quite a few things will be opening (or reopening) in Disney World!

Festival of the Lion King has already soft-opened and will officially reopen soon, Chef Mickey’s will start serving dinner again, Cape May Cafe will reopen, and Tusker House will reopen too. Over at EPCOT, a “revitalized” Club Cool will be also be opening in the park. When Disney first shared this news we had 1 BIG question on our minds — “will the notorious Beverly come back?!” And now we’ve got our answer!!

Right now you can sample some Coca-Cola products and grab soda-themed merchandise over at the Coca-Cola store and rooftop beverage bar in Disney Springs. There, you can get a tray with Coca-Cola drinks from around the world (including Beverly) or even get a cocktail featuring Beverly.

This summer, you’ll get to experience the fun of Coca-Cola once again in EPCOT though! So far, Disney has shared some details about this space, including that the revitalized Club Cool will “celebrate Coca-Cola in a fresh new way, while keeping the fan-favorite experience that invites you to explore tasty drinks from around the world.”

That left us with one important question — will Beverly be available at Club Cool in EPCOT when it comes back?!

In a recently posted Tik-Tok video from the Disney Parks account, the Cast Member in the video goes to taste Beverly and some other international Coke products at the Coca-Cola location in Disney Springs. At the end of the video, the Cast Member notes that while Beverly is not their favorite, they’ll be able to try it again when Club Cool opens in EPCOT! Check out the video below.

A dining spot in Disney’s Hollywood Studios has officially reopened!

While many Counter Service spots in the park have been open — like Rosie’s All-American Cafe right next door — Fairfax Fare has remained closed since the parks’ reopening. But that changed today! Fairfax Fare is officially back OPEN, and we stopped by to give it a try. And bonus: it even has a brand-new menu!

Let’s start off by talking about that new MENU! We’re always pumped for new eats, and we’ve got lots to try here. Tex-Mex style cuisine is still prevalent, and we’ve got options like hot dogs…

…parmesan chips, and pickled vegetables up for grabs.

And for dessert, you can grab the returning Snacking Sandwich Cookie!

Like at other Counter Service spots, you’ll Mobile Order here…

…and then be directed to a window with your assigned number so that you can pick up your goodies.

There are currently 3 windows open for pick-up.

Of course, you know had we had to try LOTS. After all, we really missed this spot!
