PHOTOS: Physical Distancing Markers Removed From Extended Frozen Ever After Queue at EPCOT

Physical Distancing markers have been removed from the Frozen Ever After attraction in EPCOT at Walt Disney World

We’ve been reporting a lot lately on the relaxed COVID-19 safety measures around the Walt Disney World Resort, and today we spotted that the Frozen Ever After attraction at EPCOT has also had its physical distancing markers removed from the queue. Markers have been peeled up leaving a residue behind. Thankfully guests still appear to be somewhat safely distancing themselves from other parties while in the queue. Much like other attractions, the markers were removed outside, but not inside. We’re […]

REVIEW: Add This DONUT Burger to the Top of Your Must-Try List in Disney World!

When it comes to over-the-top snacks, Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew at Disney Springs knows how to truly go OVER the top.

There’s a reason we keep going back to Everglazed…

And we’ve had some truly outrageous — and delightful — creations here. We have some seriously happy memories about trying our first Donut Grilled Cheese (don’t knock it until you try it), a donut that had a peep on it, and a coffee with tiny cookies IN it.

But today, we were here for the latest Everglazed donut creation — the B&G Burger. This is a burger with TWO Patties of ground beef, American Cheese, Ketchup, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Bread and Butter Pickles on a sweet bun. But for $1 extra, you can get it on a Glazed Donut.

Donut Burger? We’re in!

So yeah, we got this baby on a glazed donut because that’s how we roll. And this thing is HUGE, which means it’s easily shareable. It’s also VERY messy, but sometimes the messiest foods are the best, right?

MASSIVE burger

And the burger did NOT disappoint. The saltiness of the burger ingredients combined with the donut (and we recommend getting that $1 upgrade) is the perfect combo of salty and sweet.

Messy, but tasty

The meat itself was well-cooked and juicy. And there was LOTS of cheese, and you know how we feel about that (hint: we’re here for it). It’s just OOZING with cheesy goodness.

Juicy burger

This is one of those unique things that not everyone will want to try, but if you want to try something different and a little outrageous, we highly recommend it — it’s definitely not a regular old boring burger. And considering how big it is, it’s a good value at $14 (that includes the $1 upcharge for the donut bun upgrade).

We’ll continue to try all the goodies that Everglazed releases, so stay tuned for more reviews.

Take a look at the Donut Grilled Cheese in Disney World here.

Review: Disney World’s Newest Treat Has…Lips?

Disney’s new Cruella movie premieres today!

©Disney

We’ve already been celebrating with plenty of merch — but Disney’s got some devilishly sweet treats in store for us, too. We shared a peek at ’em yesterday, and now we’re in Disney Springs to try one for ourselves!

At The Ganachery, you can pick up the XOXO, Cruella, which is a cookies and cream ganache pop!

XOXO, Cruella

You’ll get white chocolate with cookies and cream ganache, dipped in dark chocolate. And for a stylish touch, there are red fondant lips on top!

It comes in a wrapper, too!

And folks, The Ganachery did it again. This was super tasty! It’s sweet, but not sickeningly so. It IS pretty rich, though, so we’re glad this is a tiny treat. We ate ours in 4-5 bites, and we wouldn’t have been able to handle much more because of that richness!

This is SO good, friends.

As for the cookies and cream flavor: it wasn’t overpowering at all, and that ganache had a deliciously creamy and smooth texture. If you love Oreos, you’ve gotta try this!

Check out that ganache!

This is a great eat for those who like homemade chocolates or — like we mentioned — that cookies and cream flavor. If you’re into a saltier taste, try one of The Ganachery’s salted caramels instead! The XOXO, Cruella is $7 and will ONLY be available from May 28th-June 6th, so hurry up and grab one if you want to give it a try! And stay tuned to DFB for more Disney news.

Disneyland Paris Annual Passholders Will Be Restricted to Three Park Pass Reservations Beginning June 4

When Disneyland Paris opened its Park Pass system, Annual Passholders were not restricted to a certain number of reservations, causing the calendar to quickly fill up and leave no days available for other Passholders. Disneyland Paris will now be restricting Passholders to having only three Park Passes at once. According to DLP Report, the change will take effect on June 4. Guests who have not canceled their additional reservations will have them canceled automatically. In exchange, Annual Passes will be […]

BREAKING: New Language Suggests CHANGE to Universal Orlando’s Social Distancing Policy

We’ve seen some big changes to theme parks’ safety policies lately.

Universal Orlando

Today, Universal Orlando announced that they would no longer require masks indoors. This comes after both Disney and Universal have eliminated temperature checks, increased capacity, and reduced social distancing. But now, Universal Orlando is implementing yet another change.

Both Universal and Disney have recently reduced their social distancing from 6 feet to 3 feet. And now, new language on Universal’s website suggests that their social distancing policy may be eliminated altogether. When the website was edited to correspond with the new mask policy, the social distancing requirement changed from “3 feet” to “a safe distance.”

©Universal Orlando

The updated safety guidelines now state, “We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between travel parties.” There is no mention of exact measurements.

Social Distancing Markers at Universal Orlando

We’ll update you with how this new language is implemented in the parks — including if social distancing markers are removed. Meanwhile, Disney’s social distancing policy is still in place (and masks are still required there while indoors). We’ll keep a close eye out for any changes there.
