We hopped on board a Memory Mover at Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind and took a look at the physical distancing measures in place at the ride. The entrance to the attraction remains the same, aside from the addition of a hand sanitizer dispenser. Physical distancing markers are placed six feet apart in the queue, similar to other attractions at […]

Dining at Disney World can be a pricey endeavor, but not all restaurants are created equal! While there are plenty of ways to save your next meal in the parks and resorts, there are also plenty of ways to spend the equivalent of one night’s rate at your resort hotel in one sitting!
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
If you’ve ever wondered just how much it costs to dine at Disney World’s most expensive restaurant, look no further. Let’s take a look at none other than Victoria & Albert’s, located at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
Victoria & Albert’s is the crème de la crème when it comes to Disney World dining. This AAA five-diamond rated restaurant is just as extravagant as you would expect, from White Glove service to an entire menu dedicated to just WATER to a live harpist playing music as you dine.
Victoria & Albert’s Monogrammed Plates
There are several different experiences you can choose from when you book your reservation at Victoria & Albert’s (don’t let the steep price fool you — these reservations go FAST). You can dine in the Main Dining Room which offers the most seating. Here, you can enjoy a personalizedChef’s Degustation Menu that ranges from eight to twelve courses and is constructed with each set of guests about one week prior to their reservation.

The price for dining in the Main Dining Room? A cool $235 per guest. This doesn’t include the optional wine pairing, which costs an additional $150 per guest.
White Glove Chocolate Truffle Service
For an even more intimate dining experience, you can try your hand at securing a reservation in the Queen Victoria Room. This room holds space for up to eight guests, spread out over four tables of two. Guests also dine off of a version of the Chef’s Degustation Menu in this room.
For the ULTIMATE personalized experience, there’s the Chef’s Table. There is only one seating per night at this singular table, located in the heart of the restaurant, adjacent to the kitchen. This three-hour dining experience comes with more personalized care and attention than what you’ll find in most other restaurants in the entire state of Florida.
Chef’s Table at Victoria & Albert’s
The chefs that interact with the Chef’s Table will craft their very own Degustation Menu, based off of the guests’ personal tastes and what ingredients happen to be in the kitchen that evening. Like the Queen Victoria Room, the Chef’s Table can accommodate up to eight guests (the exception being that the Chef’s Table can only accommodate one party per evening).

The price for such an exclusive experience? An eye-popping $350 per guest. Yes, that is an increase from the previous price of $250 per guest. Like the other two dining rooms, dinner at the Chef’s Table can also include an optional wine pairing for an additional $150 per guest.

So, let’s do some quick math! Dinner for two at the Chef’s Table with a wine pairing will run you $1,000. And that’s BEFORE the gratuity. That is one pricey date night.
Looking for another expensive night on the town? Takumi-Tei is one of Disney World’s newest signature restaurants. Located in the Japan Pavilion at EPCOT, Takumi-Tei is similar to Victoria & Albert’s in that it offers a one-of-a-kind, multi-course dining experience that features optional beverage pairings, and even their own exclusive Chef’s Table.
Takumi Tei Water Room
Your standard tasting menu at Takumi-Tei will cost $130 per person, with the optional beverage pairing costing you an additional $75 per person. The Chef’s Table costs $180 per person, with an additional $100 per person for the optional beverage pairing.

PHEW! That’s a lot of dollars to spend on just one meal at Disney World. For that kind of money, you can add on another night (or several!) onto your vacation. Just keep that in mind when considering booking a reservation at one of these signature restaurants. That said, these dining locations offer one-of-a-kind service that you really can’t experience anywhere else!
