PHOTOS: Disney World’s New Pink Minnie Ears are ICONIC

Do you have a collection of Minnie ears?

Minnie Ears!

There are TONS to choose from lately! We recently spotted the Rainbow Studded Minnie Ears and some new Loki Minnie Ears to celebrate the upcoming release of Loki on Disney+, but now there is ANOTHER new pair in Disney World!

The newest pair of ears aren’t just any ears though — they are Disney x Bauble Bar ears! Bauble Bar is known for making some gorgeous Disney jewelry, and now they have their own set of iconic ears!

Bauble Bar Blush Ears!

The Bauble Bar Blush Minnie Ears are perfect for anyone who loves all things PINK. The bow is pleated and is a light pink, while the ears themselves are also a gorgeous pink.

How gorgeous are they?

Did we mention the BLING?! These ears are covered in sparkles and would make an adorable addition to any ear collection!

LOVE

We spotted these beauties at Fantasy Faire in the Magic Kingdom for $44.99. When we entered the store, we only found two pairs left, so it seems like they are hard to find right now. There have been several new Minnie ears lately, so we’ll continue to be on the lookout for the latest, and we’ll let you know if we spot these ears anywhere else! Stay tuned to DFB for more updates on Disney World merchandise.

In Search of the Perfect Disney Park Bag? Look No Further!

DISCLOSURE: This post may contain affiliate links, meaning when you click the links and make a purchase, we receive a commission.

We’re always sharing packing tips for your trips to Disney World (or Disneyland, now that it’s open again!). But in order to bring all that stuff, you need somewhere to put it, right?!

All the souvenirs to carry around!

In order to give you someplace to put all those park essentials, we’re sharing the best park bags to carry around with you during your Disney World trip. These bags are all highly rated on the internet and by our reporters who are in the parks each and every day, so you know they’re legit. Let’s check them out!

There are a few things you want your park bag to be — lightweight, roomy, durable, and comfortable, of course! Bonus points if it’s cute! You can count on the bags we’re sharing today to have some, if not all, of those characteristics.

Loungefly Backpacks

Loungefly backpacks were highly recommended by our team! They may look small, but you’d be surprised how much you can fit inside (more on that later). Plus, there are a few different pockets to keep your items organized. So, so many Loungefly designs exist out there, so there’s a style for everyone. Some are specific to the Disney Parks — like this Loungefly that’s absolutely covered in icons from Disney World and Disneyland.

Park Icons Loungefly

You’ve got icons from attractions like Haunted Mansion and Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride, plus snacks (which you know we love) like churros and turkey legs. You can grab this bag for $75. Prices fluctuate a bit, depending on the design, but in general, expect Loungefly bags to be priced around there.

If you’re looking for something more specific to your personal Disney preferences, there’s this Loungefly backpack that’s perfect for Pixar fans.

World of Pixar Loungefly

Can you name all of the characters?! We spy Woody, Boo, Mike Wazowski, Bo Peep, and SO many more! This bag also costs $75.

If your world has been rocked by The Mandalorian, you might feel inclined to have Baby Yoda along for the ride with you wherever you go. And you can do just that with this Baby Yoda Loungefly backpack!

Baby Yoda Loungefly

Then, you’ll have the cutest little sidekick for your journey to Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. This backpack costs $80.

Now, you might be thinking — these bags are so small, there’s no way I’ll be able to fit everything inside. Well, prepare to be amazed. One of our reporters uses a Loungefly backpack during her park days and she fits SO much inside. Just look!

Looks pretty small, huh? Just wait

This is EVERYTHING she fits inside that one bag!! Shocking, right?

SO much stuff

She’s got masks, sunscreen, chapstick, an umbrella, charging supplies, and so many other essentials that you’ll find yourself needing as well! (Yes, she has a lot of pressed pennies too. We love em too!)

You can do it too!

Another plus about these Loungefly bags is that there are little side pockets so you can easily access things you need.

Quick and easy!

So, if you’re looking for a great way to show off your favorite Disney characters all while storing your must-haves, Loungefly backpacks are the way to do just that!

You Can Find MANY More Disney Loungefly Bags HERE!

Zomake Lightweight Backpack

For a backpack that’s a little more traditional, Zomake makes a lightweight backpack that will keep you from feeling weighed down while storing all your things at the same time! Plus, look at ALL of those colors that it comes in.

The bag itself weighs less than a pound, it has lots of pockets for all your items, and a mesh side pocket for a water bottle ensuring you remember to hydrate throughout the day! The nylon fabric is water-resistant, meaning it’s Splash Mountain-proof.

Baggallini Crossbody Bag

Being hands-free can really come in handy in Disney World when you’re trying to juggle your Mickey Pretzel in one hand and checking wait times on your phone with the other. Baggallini makes a crossbody bag that allows you to have both of your hands free!

©Amazon

Inside the bag, you’ll find credit card slots and zippable pockets. Plus, it’s lightweight and water-resistant. Another bonus is that it’s machine washable which will really be helpful when you spill a little melted Dole Whip on it (we’ve been there). It comes with a bonus wristlet too!

©Amazon

There are lots of colors and designs available, and the prices range between $35 and $55. This is a great option if you want something more purse-like without toting around your favorite purse!

JanSport Mini Bags

If you went through grade school, chances are you had — or at least knew someone that had — a JanSport backpack. JanSport backpacks are super common, but they also come in miniature sizes. These mini bags are still pretty spacious, but make it a little easier to tote all of your belongings. Among its roominess, there are also a few pockets inside. The biggest perk of these JanSport bags is how durable they are. One of our DFB team members has used this bag for ten years and has only had to replace it once!

©Amazon

The canvas material of the bag is durable and flexible. Plus, it comes in so many simple colors so it can easily be matched to your park outfits.

©Amazon

It’s an inexpensive option, especially considering how long it lasts. The mini bag costs between $25 and $35 depending on the color and pattern.

Vera Bradley Hipster Bag

The Vera Bradley Hipster Bag is reviewed well online and by members of the DFB team! It has lots of zipped pockets on both the inside and outside of the bag. Similar to the Baggallini bag, this crossbody allows you to go hands-free in the parks. If you want to Disney-fy your bag, there are plenty of vibrant Disney patterns. The new Minnie Mouse Garden Party pattern is perfect for the summer.

©shopDisney

These bags have a somewhat cult following. The quilted exteriors are soft and comfy against your skin all day, but heads up — they’re not water-resistant like others on this list. They ARE cute though! You can find this bag on shopDisney for $85.

For a design lacking in Disney, there are tons and tons of patterns that you can find on Amazon. They come in so many different colors and styles. This one here is gray with a multicolored floral design, but for something even more lowkey, there are solid color options too.

These bags cost $70.

Mier Cooler Backpack

If you’re looking to save money while you’re at Disney World, one of the things we often recommend is to bring your own food into the parks rather than buying food there. In order to do so, it definitely helps to have a cooler bag that will keep your food cold for whenever you’re ready to eat. This Mier Cooler Backpack is insulated with different sections for wet and dry items. Think of it like a bigger version of your (or your kid’s) lunch bag!

©Amazon

The straps and back of the bag are padded so it’s still comfy even if you’re toting around heavier items like water bottles.

©Amazon

You can get it for $45 and save yourself a little money by packing your own snacks and drinks. Bonus, if you plan ahead, you can use one section for normal park bag goodies like sunscreen and your sunglasses, and the bottom for lunch and drinks!

Sunhiker Lightweight Pack

The Sunhiker Pack is everything you want out of a good park bag — it’s lightweight, tear-resistant, and water-resistant. Both sides of the bag have pockets to hold water bottles. The bag itself is pretty compact, measuring at just over one foot high. Plus, there are pockets galore!

©Amazon

Like many of the other bags we’ve shared so far, it comes in lots of colors and designs. And, it’s under $30 on Amazon.

Herschel Seventeen Waist Pack

If you prefer to pack light when you’re visiting Disney World, we thought we’d include a little something for you as well. The Herschel Seventeen Waist Pack is convenient to wear and easily accessible. The front pocket of the waist pack has a waterproof zipper so you can store your important things while you’re on a water ride.

©Amazon

The colors and designs are really cute and simple. The waist pack can be found on Amazon priced between $25 and $50.

Universal Orlando Resort Team Members No Longer Squirting The Hands of Guests with Sanitizer Before Boarding Attractions

univeral-orlando-hand-sanitizer-change-3-2392512

Two weeks ago Universal Orlando Resort removed temperature screening stations and reduced physical distancing. Today, an additional health and safety protocol has changed. Team Members are no longer squirting guests’ hands with sanitizer as they board attractions. Signs located throughout Universal Orlando Resort had previously been changed to indicate the reduced physical distancing of 3 feet. The hand sanitizer policy now states “Hand sanitizer available.” The signs were not reprinted. Instead, Universal applied stickers over the previous policy. This policy […]

Easiest Ways to Modify a Disney World Dining Reservation

Going to Disney World requires quite a bit of planning. That means knowing where you’re staying, how long you’ll be there, and for many of us, where you want to eat! And we always stress the importance of planning ahead when it comes to food, which means making Advance Dining Reservations for those restaurants that are on your must-do lists!

The Crystal Palace

And here’s the deal — you’ll need to make some of those reservations, particularly the hard-to-get ones, 60 days out! But that gives you nearly two months before those reservations, meaning that your plans might change. Well, what do you do then?

Here are the easiest ways to modify your Disney World dining reservation!

Online

The easiest way to modify your dining reservation is to go into your Disney World account from the Disney World website and click on “My Plans.” Then scroll down to the dining reservation you want to change under “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” You’ll see a button that says “Change Reservation” — click on that. You’ll get this screen:

©Disney

Here, you can change the date, the time, and your party size. Once you’ve made your adjustments here, click on “Search.” We changed our party size from 2 to 1 to see what was available. The next screen either tells you if a table is available for your selected date (and sometimes, it will say it’s not) or gives you the times available for your party size. Here, the next available time was for the same day at 11:40AM.

©Disney

If you find a time that’s suitable for your modified reservation, click on it. Otherwise, you can go back to change the date, time, and party size to find something else. When everything is as you want it, click on the green “Change” button at the bottom of the screen.

©Disney

And that’s it! You just modified your reservation! SUCCESS!

You did it!

Note that this is the best way to modify your reservations if you’re making changes at least 24 hours before your original reservation.

Using the My Disney Experience App

You can also modify your reservation in the same way through the My Disney Experience app on your phone! Just open the app and click on the three lines in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.

©Disney

On the next screen, click on “My Plans.”

©Disney

This will bring up all your plans, including your dining reservations. Click on the dining reservation you wish to modify or cancel.

©Disney

The next screen will allow you to Cancel the Dining Reservation. Or click on “Modify.” We chose to modify, so we clicked on that.

©Disney

Here you’ll get the Modify Reservation screen. You can change your party size, the date, and select a new time from here. Change what you need

©Disney

…and the app will show you some new details. We changed our party size from 2 to 4 this time. Then we selected the available time of 11:40AM.

©Disney

Review your reservation. If everything is correct, click on “Book Now” at the bottom of the screen.”

©Disney

And voila! Your reservation has been changed! Ours now says 4 people, instead of 2.

©Disney

It seems like a lot of steps, but we promise — it’s really easy! This is another super-easy way to modify reservations, as long as you’re doing so before 24 hours in advance of your initial reservation.

By Calling Disney World Directly

The other way to change your dining reservations is to give Disney a call at 407-WDW-DINE and a Cast Member will do their best to try to accommodate any changes you need. This is especially helpful if you don’t have access to the Disney World website or app or need to ask specific questions about your reservation. This is also the best option if you need to change or cancel a reservation within 24 hours of your original plan.

But, sometimes there can be LONG phone wait times. So you may want to go to the front desk at your hotel or to Guest Relations if you need to make last-minute changes to a reservation.

All of these ways are super easy, and you’ll have your reservations modified in no time! And of course, we’re here to answer any questions you might have if you need us!
