The exception is if parties are too big to fit in leftover rows on the flume! Depending on travel party sizes, things will vary, so you could see something different on your visit.

ALL the Restaurants that Will Reopen with Disneyland Hotel

Disneyland Hotel is reopening on July 2nd!

Disneyland Hotel

As Disneyland continues its phased reopening, we’re excited to visit this classic hotel once again. Not to mention, there will be quite a few updates to it when we return! But if you’re like us, you’re probably wondering what FOOD will be up for grabs. And luckily, we’ve got the answer!

3 restaurants are reopening along with the hotel: Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar, Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill, and The Coffee House. And we, for one, are EXCITED to finally get to sip on some of our favorite tropical cocktails again.

Trader Sam’s Tonkotsu Ramen

Both Tangaroa Terrace and The Coffee House will be available on Mobile Order on the Disneyland app, to make the process more touch-free for ya.

Tangaroa Terrace

When Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel reopened last month, dining was only available to overnight guests of the hotel. Disney has not explicitly stated that this will be the case for Disneyland Hotel, but they did say that these eats would be available “during your hotel stay” — which could be interpreted that way. We’ll be sure to let you know when Disney makes an official announcement!

Trader Sam’s

Get excited — July 2nd is just a little ways away! We’ll keep you posted with all the details as this reopening gets closer, so stay tuned to DFB.

REMINDER: You Can Get Downtown Disney FOOD Delivered to Disneyland Hotels!

There’s big news from Disneyland today!

Disneyland Hotel

Disney just announced that the Disneyland Hotel will be reopening soon and we are super excited. Not only does the hotel have a bit of a new look, but guests can also enjoy reopening restaurants — and DELIVERY! Yep, you heard us right.

Amid the reopening announcement for Disneyland Hotel, Disney reminded guests that select restaurants in the Downtown Disney District do provide delivery services for guests of the Disneyland Resort hotels.

Disneyland Hotel

Guests staying at Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel, or Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, can all scan QR codes from their in-room TVs to access the links to restaurant delivery web pages and order food and beverages that can be delivered to the Disneyland Resort hotel lobbies. SO neat!

Grand Californian Hotel

This is a pretty exciting perk considering some guests may be more comfortable dining in their hotel rooms at this time. Plus, at Disneyland Hotel, takeout might be the PERFECT thing to end an evening post Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar.

Trader Sam’s

We’ll be bringing you more news about the reopening of the Disneyland Hotel so stay tuned to DFB for all the latest updates!

The Disneyland Hotel Will Look DIFFERENT When It Reopens

The theme parks at Disneyland Resort have reopened, along with the Downtown Disney District and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel.

Disneyland Hotel

Soon, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel will be reopening, and earlier today Disney announced that the Disneyland Hotel will soon welcome guests again. But, the Disneyland Hotel will look a little different than how we left it!

Today, Disney shared that the Disneyland Hotel will be reopening in early July. But, things in the hotel will look a little different! Disney has shared that during the park and hotel closures, a number of changes have been made to the guest rooms and other areas of the Disneyland Hotel.

That’s the Disneyland Hotel!

Specifically, in the guest rooms, lobbies, and meeting rooms, the upholstery and fabrics have been refreshed and updated.

The guest rooms now have a new fireworks-inspired design in the carpet. There will also be upgraded platform beds in the rooms to help guests maximize storage.

Here’s A Look at an Old Disneyland Hotel Room for Reference

The corridor flooring has also been updated to feature new patterns inspired by the art of Mary Blair. The new flooring will feature “graphic elements recalling the park lands each of the towers are named for.”

Disneyland Hotel

It sounds like the incredible light-up headboards at the hotel will be sticking around though. In today’s announcement, Disney’s Public Relations Manager specifically mentioned the light-up headboards, which play A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes, as one of their favorite features in the hotel’s rooms.

Old Disneyland Hotel Room

You can already book your room reservation for the Disneyland Hotel if you’d like to stay there at some point after they open. Just visit the Disneyland Hotel website to book your upcoming stay.

We’ll keep an eye out for more updates and news from Disneyland and let you know what we find.

Right now, the parks are welcoming guests, and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel is open. And now, another Disneyland hotel has announced a reopening date!

Disneyland Hotel is officially reopening on July 2nd. And you can make reservations for your stay there right now!

Disneyland Hotel

The hotel got a nice refresh during the closure, from new upholstery in the rooms to updated lobbies and meeting rooms. We’re excited to visit and see all the new touches ourselves!

Disneyland Hotel
