Physical distancing at Universal Orlando Resort has been reduced from six feet to three feet, and we’re seeing less distancing on attractions. Multiple parties are now being seated together in one compartment on the Hogwarts Express, which travels between the two main theme parks. As a party of one, we were placed with a party of two. Earlier today, we told you about a brand-new ice cream spot coming to Disney’s BoardWalk!
BoardWalk Ice Cream
BoardWalk Ice Cream is replacing Ample Hills Creamery, after that company closed its BoardWalk location and filed for bankruptcy. We’ve been following the construction on the empty space for quite some time, and now, we know exactly what’s goin’ on! And if you’re itching to try the new eats here, we ALSO know what’ll be up for grabs. 
First of all, BoardWalk Ice Cream is showing hours starting TODAY, May 20th, from 3PM-10PM! According to the Disney website, this spot should be open from 3PM-10PM on weekdays and 12PM-10PM on weekends. However, hours are only posted through May 24th, so we’ll keep a close eye on things to see if this is actually the case.

And as for the menu? Well, there will be lots of goodies here! You’ll be able to enjoy sundaes…

We’ve all been feeling the need for ice cream on Disney’s BoardWalk ever since the Ample Hills Creamery abruptly closed last year.
Well, we’ve got some great news to share today! BoardWalk Ice Cream Shop is opening its doors today at 3:00 p.m. The menu has already been published and is inspired by Beaches & Cream Soda Shop over at Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

It looked like they are leaving in basically everything that was in Ample Hills so far. Counters, layout, etc. There were some cast members on ladders changing the lighting, but it seems like most of what they need is exactly where it’s already placed.
