Universal Studios Hollywood reopened to California residents on April 16th, but some attractions were still closed. Despicable Me Minion Mayhem reopened this weekend, and we stopped by to check it out. The attraction was posting a 50-minute wait, which is not unusual to see for Minion Mayhem.
