So Disneyland has officially reopened, and we’ve been to the parks just enjoying being back and crying many happy tears!

We’ve also been revisiting some our favorite foods, like the Monte Cristo, beignets, churros, and more! But now we’re checking out some new treats!
Today we grabbed the Magic is Back Cupcake. It’s a Double Chocolate Chip Cupcake filled with Cookies and Cream Mousse and topped with Yellow and Red Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting, sprinkles, and Chocolate Mickey Ears. So basically, it’s a chocolate-lovers dream.

But does it live up to its magical name? If you’re a chocolate lover, YES! The cupcake itself is soft and moist, and the frosting added a nice touch of tartness to balance all that sweet stuff. But y’all — that Cookies and Cream Mousse inside? That STOLE the show for us!

However, we did find the chocolate on the “ears” tasted a little off compared to the rest of the chocolate in this snack. But other than that, this baby is perfect for all you chocoholics out there.
