Just hours after a construction vehicle struck a section of the Walt Disney World Monorail track, crews were onsite to begin repairs. A maintenance vehicle finally a bit after the accident on the Express Monorail beam. The walkway to the Contemporary is closed. Disney is telling guests that the walkway is closed for “routine maintenance”, loading guests onto busses for the short trip to Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
