SOLD OUT Boo Bash Dates Restocked for Disney World!

This year, Disney World is holding a Halloween Boo Bash instead of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Tickets are selling out quickly, but Disney just re-stocked tickets for select dates!

Disney’s Boo Bash has been a hot topic lately, as the ticket prices for the event went up from the previous Mickey’s Not-So-Scary prices, despite the Boo Bash being a shorter event with less entertainment (that we know of so far!).

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Previously, many dates in September and October were sold out. But Disney has just re-stocked tickets for most dates in October, including the nights close to Halloween, like the 26th and 29th!

©Disney

Previously, every Tuesday and Friday night in October were sold out, along with a few in September. Most of the evenings for Boo Bash in September still had available tickets, except for the 21st and the 24th. These dates now have available tickets as well!

August also has availability every Tuesday and Friday evening, starting August 17th.

Put Me in (Disney) Summer and I’ll Be a Happy Snowman!

In the words of Olaf, welcome Summer 2021!

Summer 2021 has officially begun! Let’s countdown to see what Disney has in store for us! These are the special Disney events I am very excited about…

Walt Disney World Summer Season

In Walt Disney World parks, the Taste of Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival has been extended into the Summer 2021 season, ending July 5th, 2021. Also in Epcot, Club Cool will be coming back and a new merchandise experience named Creations Shop will be opening this summer (date to be announced)! I can’t wait to shop here!

Fireworks will make their grand return to both the Magic Kingdom and Epcot on Thursday, July 1st! Guests visiting Magic Kingdom will be able to enjoy ‘Happily Ever After,’ while those visiting Epcot will be able to see ‘Epcot Forever.’ These shows will run until the debut of ‘Disney Enchantment’ and ‘Harmonious’ on October 1st.

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival begins on July 15th with plenty of new Global Marketplace booths to choose from. There’s sure to be something for everyone to enjoy! Which marketplace will be on your must-do list?

I am very excited to watch the new showing of ‘A Celebration of Festival of the Lion King,’ which has begun running at the Harambe Theater in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Beach Club Resort led the way with late Spring re-openings, and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be reopening in July. BoardWalk Inn Resort is set to reopen on July 2nd! A third Swan and Dolphin tower, named Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, is slated to open September 1st.

Disney Movies/Disney+

Some highlights for Summer 2021 include releases such as Luca, which was released straight to Disney+ on June 18th. Marvel’s Black Widow will be released to its fans in theaters and Disney+ on July 9th. After a long wait, Jungle Cruise will sail into ports on July 30th. Free Guy will release August 13th for all of us Ryan Reynolds fans, and if you can wait until September, Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will premiere after a long delay.

Disney news changes daily, and we look forward to more information about Disney Cruise Line, additional Disneyland openings, and more (hopefully!) re-openings of Walt Disney World Advanced Dining Reservations, restaurants, and resorts.

Guests who attend “A Celebration of the Festival of the Lion King” inside Harambe Theatre at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will find that operations have returned to their pre-pandemic state. The physical distancing measures have been eliminated, and crowds are herded into every available seat. While the show has not been restored to its full production, these changes are steps along the return to “normal.” Our showing wasn’t even full, but Cast Members were directing guests to fill each row completely. 3 ROLLER COASTERS TO RIDE AT SEAWORLD

3 ROLLER COASTERS TO RIDE AT SEAWORLD

It’s been a busy and hectic year for the Orlando Theme Parks, but a great time to be a park-goer. While Orlando is home to some of the best entertainment and experiences. From the Disney Parks, Universal Studios, to all of the amazing food. While all of these offer their own variety of experiences, tastes, and smalls, they may not offer the things you’d like to do. Whether you’re a local, or just visiting from out of town with your family, Sea World may just be the park you will attend. That’s why today we decided to head out to Sea World to show you some of the roller coasters you and your family could be thrilled about! Join us as we highlight some of the roller coasters you and your family can ride at SeaWorld!

KRAKEN

From the frightening tall tales, SeaWorld Orlando’s mighty Kraken is a monster of a coaster like no other. Kraken here at SeaWorld Orlando is a steel roller coaster that is floorless. The Kraken is Orlando’s only floorless roller coaster and the ride itself is themed after the massive, mythological underwater creature that was unleashed from the depths of the sea. Manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard, Kraken opened on June 1, 2000 as the second longest floorless coaster in the world! With a track length of 4,177 feet, it features a total of 7 inversions and reaches a maximum speed of 65 mph. On the ride itself, riders’ feet dangle as they travel in open sided seats, zooming on a pedestal above the track at highway speeds. If you’re in the mood for a thrilling coaster, Kraken could just do it for you here at SeaWorld Orlando!

MAKO

Are you in the mood for high speeds, deep dives, and thrills around every turn? If so, Mako is just for you! Named after one of the deep ocean’s fastest sharks, Mako reaches up to 73 mph and up to 200 feet high! Mako is a steel roller coaster located in the Sea of Mystery section of SeaWorld Orlando. Being manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard yet again, this hyper coaster is just a pocket full of accelerating thrills! Mako was marketed as the tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster in the state of Orlando. This coaster has been well received, ranking every year since it’s opening in the top 50 of the annual Golden Ticket Awards publications from Amusement Today! Mako is one of the 5 roller coasters at SeaWorld Orlando as well as the first since Manto opened in 2009. Take a deep dive through the shipwreck reef on Orlando’s tallest and fastest roller coaster!

MANTA

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to spin, glide, skim and fly like a giant ray? Well now you can with Manta, experience the only flying roller coaster of it’s kind in Florida! Manta is a steel flying roller coaster here at SeaWorld Orlando, designed by Bolliger & Mabillard yet again. This attraction here at SeaWorld allows guests to encounter numerous species of ray before boarding the manta ray shaped coaster. Riders are exposed head-first, face-down inverted nosedive, but that’s not all! You can experience the full force and power of riding the seven seas, all on one of the greatest tracks in the world. The ride itself reaches top speeds of 56 mph, has a 3,400 ft long track and features 4 inversions. Head out to SeaWorld Orlando to fly like a manta ray on the Manta roller coaster!

Sold-Out Dates Once Again Available for Disney After Hours BOO BASH

It appears as though Walt Disney World has increased the capacity for this year’s Halloween hard-ticketed event.

As of Thursday, Disney After Hours BOO BASH tickets were sold out on 8/10, 9/21, 9/24, 10/5, 10/8, 10/10, 10/12, 10/15, 10/19, 10/22, 10/26, 10/29, and 10/31/21.

At the time of this post, the only dates listed as sold out are 8/10 and 10/31 which indicates that the event’s capacity had to have been increased.

We don’t know the inside details of how many tickets were originally sold, so we can’t say what kind of difference this will make regarding how light the crowds will be during the events. If Disney only sold up to 30% worth of tickets for one of their typical “After Hours” events, it would make sense that with COVID restrictions easing up, they’d increase that number. It doesn’t mean the event will be increased to the capacity of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, however; that remains to be seen.

In the meantime, if the date you were looking to attend the event was previously sold-out, head over to Disney’s site and purchase your tickets now!

Almost All “Sold Out” After Hours Boo Bash Events Available Again as Capacity is Increased

after-hours-boo-bash

All dates except Halloween are once again available for Disney After Hours Boo Bash at Magic Kingdom. Previously, two events in September and most events in October were sold out. This indicates that capacity for the event has been increased. Disney After Hours Boo Bash replaces Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. Guests can wear costumes, view character cavalcades, and ride attractions with minimal wait times.
