We are SO excited about all the new shows coming to Disney World with the 50th-anniversary celebration.

We are now only 100 days away from October 1st, the beginning of Disney World’s 50th anniversary and “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” We have a little insight about EPCOT’s upcoming show Harmonious from the president of Disney World himself, so check it out!

Jeff Vahle, president of Walt Disney World resort, posted on Instagram about his experience during a rehearsal of EPCOT’s upcoming new nighttime spectacular show, Harmonious.

According to Jeff, he was able to join the team creating and operating the new show during a rehearsal this week. We have seen fireworks testing happening in EPCOT happening from afar!

We’ve reported previously that Harmonious will feature five floating set pieces that support a six-story tall structure as well as house production special effects, which will include LED panels, moving fountains, lights, lasers, and pyrotechnics.     

In addition to Harmonious at EPCOT, October 1st will also bring the addition of the Enchantment fireworks show at Magic Kingdom, and a new daytime show called Disney KiteTails at Animal Kingdom. Stay tuned to DFB for all the news about Disney World’s 50th anniversary!

You’ve seen Loki on Disney+ by now, right?

And before that, The Mandalorian? What about Star Wars: The Bad Batch? Wandavision? We get it — there’s been a lot going on with Disney+ this year! But the new shows aren’t stopping any time soon: Disney just released the official trailer for the newest Disney+ show coming later this summer!

Disney’s Turner & Hooch is set to premiere its 12-episode series on Wednesday, July 21st on Disney+! Does that title sound familiar to you? It’s also the name of a 1989 film starring Tom Hanks as Detective Scott Turner!

In Disney+’s new series, Detective Turner’s son (Also named Scott Turner) is a strict and ambitious US Marshal who inherits an unruly dog from his father! The series follows their wild adventures as Turner discovers that the dog might just be exactly what he needs. Josh Peck (you might know him from Nickelodeon’s Drake and Josh?) stars as Scott Turner in this new series!

We’ve talked about the upcoming 50th-anniversary celebration at Disney World, and all the new shows coming along with it.

We just noticed something new on the My Disney Experience app that gives us a tiny sneak peek into these new upcoming shows!

As of today, the Disney Enchantment nighttime spectacular opening on October 1, 2021 is now listed on the My Disney Experience app.

We can also see photos and descriptions of this show as well!

Disney Enchantment also addresses the brand new immersive projection effects that will be part of the nighttime spectacular.

On My Disney Experience, you can also see the Disney Cavalcade showtimes. This is taking place daily at 10:40AM to 5:20PM. For a long time, these performances did not have set times, to avoid crowding. Yesterday, Disney announced a new Mickey and Friends cavalcade for the 50th as well. 

We can also see the upcoming Happily Ever After fireworks show, returning on July 1st.

You can add it to your plans in the app for your next trip!

We can also view the new Disney KiteTails show opening in Disney’s Animal Kingdom on October 1st.

You can view the concept art as well as a detailed description of the new show!

Over in EPCOT, we can see the return of the EPCOT Forever fireworks show and the new Harmonious nighttime spectacular.

EPCOT Forever will return on July 1st…

…while Harmonious will make its EPCOT debut on October 1st.

If you want to read quite a bit about the new Harmonious show, the app will not leave you disappointed.
