Welcome, DFB Friends, to Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Here the stars shine just a little brighter than anywhere else at Disney World, and we’ve been all over the park to see what’s new since the last time we visited.
Hollywood Studios Food Updates
Backlot Express
Self-serve water stations are returning to Disney World, including at Backlot Express. When we checked, there were jugs outside of the restaurant, replacing the trays of water that were there previously indoors.
Guests are now able to pour their own cup of water again.

Rise of the Resistance
Rise of the Resistance was evacuated while we were at Hollywood Studios, so if you ever wondered what that looked like, we were there!
A Cast Member escorted us back out to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, although depending on where you are on the ride, you might also get to exit via backstage.
