October 1st, 2021, is going to be a BIG day in Disney World for many reasons.
October 1st marks the start of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebrations, the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and La Creperie de Paris, the opening of more booths at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, and much more! One thing we previously didn’t have information about is what the park hours would be on October 1st. But, now that’s changed!
Previously, Disney World park hours had been shared through September 25th. Now, hours have been announced from September 26th through October 2nd. Let’s take a look at them here.
From September 26th through the 29th, Magic Kingdom will be open from 9AM to 9PM. It will then be open from 9AM to 8PM on September 30th.

If you’ll want to spend some of that week at Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, you’ll be able to visit that area from 11AM to 6PM from September 26th through the 30th.
The water park will also be open from 11AM to 6PM on October 1st and 2nd.
