Orange County, Florida Mayor Jerry Demings has declared a local state of emergency via executive order in wake of the rising COVID-19 cases. Demings is asking all residents and visitors to wear masks indoors regardless of vaccination status. He is also urging local businesses to enact mandates requiring face masks indoors, and require vaccines for employees.
