Recently, the Main Street Plaza Ice Cream Parlor reopened in Disney World!
Time to Eat!
At the time we went, this spot was serving up delicious ice cream and some classic sundaes. But, one thing was missing and now it has returned!
When we stopped by the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor previously we noticed that those delicious and large ice cream cookie sandwiches were missing! But today, we saw that these beauties have returned.

They’re BACK!
We went ahead and got ours with Cookies & Cream ice cream.
What a Delicious Combo
The ice cream itself was cool and refreshing, very fresh tasting, and absolutely delicious! You do need to mind the heat with this treat though as that ice cream started melting very quickly in the Florida sun.
An Up-Close Look at that Ice Cream
The cookies & cream ice cream specifically had some big chunks of Oreo cookies in there, which we really enjoyed.
SO GOOD!
The chocolate chip cookies were very chewy in the best way possible. They seemed warm to us (although that could have been more related to the fact that we had them out in the sun).
Cool and Filling
These cookies tasted nice and fresh, not like they had been sitting on a counter somewhere waiting for a while. They were a bit warm, chewy, and very tasty.
Gotta Love These
Overall, this was a fun, messy, and delicious snack! If you’re looking for something that’s filling (and totally shareable) and refreshing, this could be just the treat for you. If you aren’t looking for something sweet though, we recommend you try another snack in Magic Kingdom, like an egg roll.
